Figuring Things Out

29 Apr

I seem to be really struggling to get traffic to the site. I’m at a crossroads as I’ve been doing this for quite sometime. I used to have the blog Intrinsic Fitness but never seemed to get the reach I was looking for.  I thought I would change things up and see if taking on a new niche as a new dad trying to stay fit and see if that would inspire others to get fit. I was hoping to build a community that encouraged dialogue and helping one another. Unfortunately I seemed to have flopped once again.

I really want to hear from you. What do you like about the site? What don’t you like about the site? What do you want to see more of? Are there topics you’d like to see? Do you have questions that you want answered?

I really want to make this blogging thing work out. I love writing and I love the sense of community that a lot of blogs create.  I could really use your help in figuring this thing out. Do you have any tips or advice on how I can increase readership? What are you doing that works well? Am I missing the mark by having a .wordpress.com site?  I wanted to build a following before diving into my own .com.

Any feedback you can provide would be wonderful! I hope to hear from you soon!

You are a good writer with a great message to put into the world. You started this to reach people. But, sometimes folks just need more time to learn to listen. Things will snap into place soon enough, and you’ll have a mountain content to feed those that come around who’ll wonder “Why didn’t I notice this sooner?”
